Another weekend..

so yesterday was pretty fun. superbowl sunday has never been that big of a deal for me just cuz...i don't watch NFL. it doesn't have the heart that college football has. seriously. college boys play to win, play for fun, play with drive. NFL players do it for their money. soooo yeah.

i came home from church early....long story. but while i was home alone, i made the cake for my dad's birthday celebration. white cake. white frosting. a LOT of frosting. that's how he likes it, so that's how i made it ha. well. almost. like, i took the cake out and did the whole toothpick tester thing, where you stick the toothpick in the cake to make sure it's finished baking. if it comes out clean, it's done. so i stuck the toothpick in and it came out clean and i turned the oven off. a few hours later, i looked at it as i passed through the kitchen. and the entire middle of the cake had kinda sunken in a little. oh gosh i was pissed. my mom told me to just put more frosting on that part, so no one would notice. until they ate it hahahaha.

so the family came over. lots of food lots of people. and then trent came. i told him he didn't have to, but he said he'd come and stay for awhile, then steal me away to a superbowl party. and he finally introduced himself to my dad. he said it made his day ha. then we went to niles' house and watched the patriots blow the perfect season....and tom brady hehe.

we came back to my house at like 10:30..just to sit and eat cake and talk to my mom lol.

he's a sweetheart. i think i really like him. :)
